I sent my return back and I’m still waiting on the refund. It’s been way longer than I expected, and it’s getting really frustrating. If this is how returns are handled, I might just shop somewhere else next time.

Every time I find something I actually want, my size is already sold out. It’s getting really frustrating. Makes me wonder if they’re more focused on pushing hype and sales than actually keeping enough stock for regular customers.

The shirt looked really nice when it showed up, but the fit was tighter than I expected. I swear sizing charts are part of some secret plan to keep us all guessing. I had to swap it for a different size, which was a little annoying, but not the end of the world. Shipping was fine overall, nothing amazing, nothing terrible.

I liked these at first, but the seams started coming apart after just a few washes. I wasnt expecting them to wear out that quickly.

I was able to find what I needed, so the site does its job. But the menus can be a bit of a slow, clunky mess sometimes, which gets annoying when you’re just trying to get around quickly

I’m still waiting on my refund, and it’s taking way longer than I expected. A friend had recommended this place to me, so I was hoping the process would be smoother. Hopefully it gets sorted out soon

I’ve only worn this wetsuit twice and it’s already falling apart. It felt cold and leaky in the water, and the seams rubbed my neck raw by the end of the session. Disappointing for something that should’ve held up way better. I’d really expect a refund or replacement at this point.

I ordered boardshorts for a trip, and the delivery date kept getting pushed around like they had no clue what they were doing. Support was useless too, just telling me to wait like that magically fixes anything. The package finally showed up way too late, which was completely pointless by then. Definitely not ordering from here again...

I emailed support twice about my order and never heard back at all. It was really frustrating because I just needed a quick answer, but it felt like no one actually owned the issue or knew who was supposed to follow up. Annoying experience.

Well... I found the site kind of messy to use. The design feels outdated, and there’s just too much going on on the pages. It took me a while to find what I was looking for, and the overall style didn’t feel very user-friendly.

I ordered a pair of shorts from quiksilver.com i’m disappointed. They feel stiff and scratchy, not soft or comfy at all, and the waist fits weird, especially when I’m sitting down, it gets kind of tight. I expected something easy to wear for beach days, but I don’t even really want to put them on. On top of that, the repeated verification during the order process was really annoying. I felt like I had to keep proving I was a real person just to buy a pair of shorts

I ordered a couple of shirts and the shipping took way too long. The tracking barely changed for days, so I kept checking it and wondering if it was even moving. When the shirts finally showed up, they were fine, so it wasn’t an issue with the items themselves, but the wait was just frustrating. I get that shipping delays happen, but still..

My order wasn’t right when it arrived, and it felt careless. It’s frustrating when you’re expecting one thing and something else shows up.

I’ve always kind of felt quiksilver was a bit pricey, and shopping on the site pretty much confirmed it for me. I do like some of their styles, but once you add a hoodie or a pair of shorts to the cart, the total climbs fast, especially after shipping.
The quality isn’t bad or anything, but it doesn’t feel amazing enough to justify the price either. Maybe I’m already expecting it to be more about the logo than the actual item, but that’s exactly how it came across. I’d probably only buy again during a sale.
